M&E Design Works
From renewable heat to commercial low-carbon M&E systems, gas, electric, biomass are all covered. We offer a full design service for air-conditioning, comfort cooling, refrigeration, heat recovery and ventilation. Our electrical design service covers lighting, security and microgeneration across all building types. We have a proven track record in delivery in hotels, schools, office buildings, care homes and leisure facilities and work closely with our clients in the public and private sectors to reduce their carbon exposure, save money and conserve our precious resources.
Energy Analysis
It is becoming critical that organisations identify their carbon footprint and take steps to reduce it. This is true for government agencies, commercial entities and social housing providers. We analyse your data and make costed recommendations to achieve clearly defined, time-bound targets.
For social housing providers we take your existing EPC data and use it to forecast outcomes to measure against Energy Efficiency Standards and decarbonization targets. We can provide assessed upgrade costs on a site by site basis, offering an unprecedented level of detail to housing managers, allowing RSLs to accurately forecast capital investment.
Domestic EPCs
As one of the largest producers of domestic EPCs in the country you can be assured that your survey is an accurate reflection of the property and that we have taken the appropriate time to do it.
All of our surveyors are registered with Elmhurst Energy and are licensed and fully insured to provide a dependable Energy Performance assessment service.
Commercial EPCs
Our associate surveyors carry out all of our commercial EPCs to a wide range of Government buildings, commercial properties, shops and leisure facilities. We are delighted to offer this service to our clients and to help with further energy analysis where required.
